news
sometimes i get asked how i manage everything. this is a somewhat expected part of being a person who does A Lot, and i never really have an answer for it. the short version is that being busy is often a bit of a coping mechanism for me, and it’s one i’ve been taught for most of my academic life. i’ve been working to be more mindful of this as i near the end of grad school so that i don’t burn out. this month i am definitely focusing on rest, but i still have a lot to celebrate. so, let’s get to it!

notes & sneak peek
i’m taking a break from these two sections this month! burnout is real and i’m taking a small breather from creating before the school year starts so that i can relax for a bit.
buuuut before i go, i do want to give a big shoutout to everyone who has read my books for the Sealey Challenge this month! so far i’ve seen folks reading the abyss is staring back and random access memory. just a reminder that if you are still looking for poetry books to read for the challenge, my debut chap is available for free download, and i have a free microchap (nat raum burns in hell!) with Ghost City Press linked above!
in the meantime, go read some of my friends who are also on substack:
